SOLD - Vintage Swedish Dala Horse

This beautiful vintage Dala horse is so colorful and fun! Made of carved wood with a bright tomato red finish, this Scandinavian folk art horse is finished with gorgeous hand-painted details in green, blue, yellow, red and white. Unmarked, but is definitely painted in the style of Sweden's Nils Olsson.

Condition:
➝ In great vintage condition! No chips, cracks, or repairs. Colors are bright and vidi. One small dent in the back leg, as well as minor surface wear, including spots of wear to the lacquered finish. One of the front legs has a small spot of bubbled paint. Overall, still plenty of life left in this beauty.
