SOLD - 1950s Trading Stamp Saver / Vintage Tin Storage Box

This bright and oh-so beautiful vintage 1950s trading stamp saver is so cheery and sweet! Made in Japan, this fabulous tin storage box features a colorful lithographed rooster design. Tin was originally made to hold grocery store stamps, green stamps, or any kind of trading stamps and their books. While we may not be collection green stamps anymore, this tin is so cheerful and pretty, you'll be looking for reasons to use it all over your house!

Condition:
➝ In very good condition! Extremely minor wear to finish on outside of tin, most noticeably on one side (see photos). This stamp saver would have originally had a small rubber knob for opening the little door, but this one has been replaced with a button -- so cute, and works just as well! Overall, this hard-to-find cutie is just adorable!
