The only thing better than a piping hot cup of your favorite tea is one poured from this elegant mid century teapot! This beautiful floral teapot was made in the 1950s by Ellgreave, a subdivision of Wood and Sons pottery based in England. Made of bright white ironstone, this pretty pot has a fabulous floral design on each side (much more mid century mod than many of their floral designs!) in gorgeous shades of aqua, green, and inky blue with hand-painted metallic gold details on the rim, finial, handle, and spout. Perfect for serving up a hot cup of tea or coffee, and pretty enough just to display and admire! A hard-to-find piece that's sure to make you smile!

Bottom reads:
Ellgreave England (imprint)
411/K R (hand-painted in gold)

Condition:
➝ In fantastic condition! No chips, cracks, or scratches. Colors are bright and vivid, including gold detailing. Surface shows minor signs of crazing, both inside and out, with light discoloration on the interior crazing lines (best seen in last photo - use zoom tool to view close up).

Measurements:
➝ 5.5 inches tall (including finial on lid)
➝ 5 inches in diameter
➝ 9 inches long from handle to spout
